Marvel at the impressive cellar, where up to 12,500 wheels of cheese are stored, and try to guess the most secret ingredients of the world-famous Appenzeller cheese during a cheese tasting. Schwägalp

Säntis der Berg 2501.9 m above sea level, the Säntis is the highest mountain in the Alpstein and is the ideal adventure mountain for young and old. The cable car runs every 30 minutes from Schwägalp up to the Säntis summit. At the summit there are two modern restaurants and an interactive adventure world for around 400,000 visitors a year. From here you have a wonderful view over the magnificent Swiss Alps.
